Sir file an application before for the connection along with the affidavit stating that the homes are built prior to line and they are in revenue land attach copy of 7/12 , so approved plans not necessary and not available further the homes are constructed as per the rules. They will give you connection.
Sanitary connection
What is the procedure to give sanitary connection from home to BWSSB main line. As BWSSB website,they ask approved building plan ,where as the building is constructed in Revenue land..(most of the homes in our area).. People have connected illegally by pay some amount to local political guys..which I dont want to do .. I want to connect as per procedure...What is the solution for this..?

If you are required to submit the approved plan then you may have to comply with the requirement
If you cannot comply with the legal requirements then you may think about having a backdoor approach.
for illegal building construction you would not get BWSSB sanitary connection

- So, you just have to pay the road cutting fee to the concerned department.
- Once you do that, then plumber can easily connect to it, and if in cane somebody tries to stop you then please make 100 number call, ask for your channel number while calling them, and ask them to not to stop you by anyone as this is your right.

You need to apply for a regular permission and if they are not allowing you you can proceed to high court by filing Writ Petition
You can apply for new connection (Sajala) online through bwssb portal website.
Documents: Any property related document – building sanction plan, khatha, tax paid receipt. Address proof – Absolute Sale Deed/ Ration Card/ Electricity bill/ Telephone Bill.
For illegal connection you can complaint to vigilance squad department or you can file complaint online to same.
Get it done by yourself, Sanitary is indispensable necessity only make sure no damage to sanitary line.
