• Aadhar Card address change

I am 74 years on Sr. Citizen of India. My daughter-in-law with my Son shifted from current resident to a new address in December 2014. She has also filed 498A and DVC cases on me and my wife in 2016 stating she continues to live in my address. She is still using my current address in govt. and private sector institution and banks. About 15 days back in Nov 2018, she has updated her Mobile number in Aadhar Card but didn't update her current address.
Please can you tell me
1. With which department(s) or email address should I lodge my complaint?
2. What is the procedure to be followed and what is the list of details should be provided to the above departments?

I dont think it may problem to you in future for add address of you.

You can inform the change of address ( if she no longer resides in your house ) to UIDAI via mail, they will call for the individual to apply for change of address. Don't forget to give her data like Aadhar no, name etc, if available. Send a copy of the card also. Pl. inform the individual to apply for change address before sending the mail.,so that she himself can apply the change in address.

Give a legal notice to her for same and further give file a complaint with the Adhar authority vide a letter that she is wrongly using same.

Further file a injunction suit against daughter.in law to prevent her from entering the home.

You can make complaints in AADHAAR Office below are the details

Grievances at UIDAI are received through following channels:

Through UIDAI Contact Centre

UIDAI has set up a Contact Centre for handling queries and grievances related to Aadhaar Enrolment, Updation and other services. At the enrolment centre, the Enrolment Operator gives a printed acknowledgement slip to the resident after the enrolment process which contains the EID(Enrolment Number). By using the EID a resident can approach UIDAI Contact Centre on following channels.

Dear Sir,

Complaints through E-mail may not give any results. You are advised to take shelter under the provisions of Senior Citizens Act and proceed accordingly. You have to lodge a complaint with RDO.
