• Annual Performance Appraisal Report APAR

I am army officer serving in Min of Defence--two APAR for the year 2012 and 2013 have been given below benchmark grading and require expunction from records so that the period is treated as non initiation report--this will help in my empanelment in the selection board for promotion which is to be held next year--CAT has refused to take the case since i am army offr and AFT has also refused to take up the case since i am an army offr posted to civil estt DGQA directorate general of quality assurance under deptt of defence production under MOD--hence matter will have to be taken up in High Court--need a advocate preferably in chennai where i am posted at present to take up the case for priority disposal
