You can get the copy of your degree as soon as it is signed by the respective judge and normally it is available in couple of days. Your wife can go to her parents house and you need not to be worried about that.
Leaving wife to his father's custody
Hi, We have taken mutual consent divorce we have got divorce on 24.11.2018 but not received the order copy as we need to give request for carbon copy of order. The wife parents were unaware of this we need some proof so that can show to local police and hand over their daughter to parents or we can just leave by case number. Or is there any quick method we can get decree of divorce copy Kindly sugges on this

You may get it on the same day if the same has been prepared in the court.
you may also let the wife go to her parents house without order copy also.

Case number should be sufficient.
Additionally, you can take the pic of the case status and the day's order in the kiosk placed in the Family court.
for the time being you can mention the case no. with date of order and name of court for reference with an information that you applied for certified copy and as and when it will be available to you , you will produce it. as per my opinion there must not be any problem as you are thinking of as both of you agreed to dirove on mutual consent. so no one can deny other rather each one will support to other.
If the judgment have been passed and divorce have been granted the decree is given in 3-4 days, you can file the certified copy of the Judgment in the concerned court filling section and it will be delivered in 4-5 days.
