Why the cast and income certificate for OBC not considerable for Karnataka state govt job which is obtained after the last date of application???

Job recruitment advertisement must be containing clause that candidates must have valid caste certificate on date of application

2) candidates who do not have valid certificate on date of application would not be considered

3)in Karnataka Applicants need to submit an application furnishing the details of their caste, income and other relevant information to the Taluk office, in whose jurisdiction the candidate usually resides. The application submitted by the candidate would be scrutinized by the caseworker in the Taluk office and would then be forwarded to the concerned revenue official (Village Accountant in case of villages and Revenue Inspector in case of urban areas). The revenue official verifies the details of the application by visiting the candidates place and submits a report with a recommendation. The Tahsildar verifies the report and either approves or disapproves the recommendation. Based on the Tahsildars orders the certificate/endorsement is issued to the applicant.

Documents required

4)Parents/ Parents siblings(preferably male) Caste Certificate issued by the prescribed Authority.

Sir the candidate in before filing the form for job or any admission to get benefit of reservation must have certificate for same and it is required to be attached along the application form that is eligibility or necessary requirement as application is made under said catergory that is why certificate before that date is required.

Based on the state list of karnatka OBC the state OBC and the Central government notified caste list central OBC is given. If caste of person of karnatka falls in central list he is given central certificate.

On basis of income and caste certificate sindutva certificate will be given.

Dear Client,

Many courts have ruled that that OBC candidates applying for government jobs are "not exempt from the rigours of a cut-off or last date" given in the recruitment notices.

A candidature is liable to be rejected if the caste certificate is not submitted within the stipulated period of time.

Any relief against this can be possible through HC direction only.

The eliginbility criteria and the conditions stipulated may restrict this, hence.

Ther terms and conditions mentioned in the application form itself will speak about the rules.

Not necessary, the notification will intimate the cut off date by which all the certificates or diocuments are to be updated.

It is based on your caste and the income which have been verified by the revenue department.

As per the criteria and eligibility conditions.

You may go through the rules in this regard.
