 My Dear Hon'ble Sirs,

I annex here my letter dated October 28, 2018 addressed to various dignitaries.

I made my earnest appeal to all the Hon'ble Members of the Parliament/Authorities in the Government/Legal Luminaries/jurists/accredited journalists to go through the following content patiently.... and extend us your helping hand in the interest of justice and fairplay -

Please go through the following appeal of mine .... Eagerly looking forward to your support in letter and spirit........the only solace at the fag-end of our lives......
Just recently, I addressed a letter (dated October 22, 2018) to The Hon'ble Sri Ranjan Gogoi congratulating His Lordship on his assuming office as the Chief Justice of India , where in I made an attempt to invite His Lordship’s kind attention - among other things, to the following:
- The pathetic plight of the Bank Retirees
- The discrimination and harassment meted out against them
- The relentless efforts of our learned colleagues to fight back for justice unmindful of the frustrating experiences at the fag-end of our lives.
In this connection, I made an effort to draw the kind attention of His Lordship to the glaring CONTRADICTING STANCES TAKEN BY THE APEX JUDICIARY while disposing of the two identical cases related to the bank retirees within a very short span of just 3 months gap – ie:- between:-
13th. February, 2018* and
16th. May, 2018** (JUST THREE MONTHS !gap and that too, after having been kept reserved for pronouncement for over 10 long months ! )

Often you find contradiction in the judgments of the Lordships but there may be several reasons so before reaching to any conclusion we should first go through the judgments and if we find any anomaly in then either by way of fresh writ or by way of review petition we may approach the Lordships for consideration the plea remained unanswered or wrongly answered.

Hello,

You may file a review petition and ask the court for formation of a larger bench to clear the law on the point.
