You will have to take the no objection certificate from your current employer.

You yourself say that at the time of interview you were unemployed, hence you'd have to give the details as to the bond of your present employer.

You will need to give the NOC from your current employer even after your interview and actual Bond signed by you with your current employer should be disclosed.

The advertisement has to be perused to formulate an opinion. If NOC is sought from the previous employer as on the date of filling up of the form then you have to obtain it from the previous employer.

Hello,

You should take the NOC from your ex employer i.e. at the time of application for the post.

You would not be terminated for suppression of material fact as the same was not done in your case due to your unemployed status at the time of application

This is not a case for termination. Even if it assumed that you committed a mistake, termination is too harsh a reaction.

1. I am unable to formulate any concrete opinion without perusal of the advertisement in question.

2. Whether or not there is a suppression of facts has to be answered having regard to the phraseology of the advertisement.

Since you are yet to join this organisation, the present employer means the place where you are working now, so you have to furnish the details of bond if any you had with the present employer.

Do I have to take noc even after interview? And about informing about bond - which employer should I consider?

If you furnished the details of that employment then it is pertinent that you have to obtain NOC before getting relieved from them, or the relieving letter would be sufficient

I have given details considering the present employer at the time of interview. What should I do? Can I be terminated for suppression of facts although no bond is there in this employment

If you have suppressed any material information that is required for this employment then you may be liable for disciplinary action by the employer, so wait and watch the development
