1) lodge complaint with deputy director education against the govt teacher who obtained employment by submitting fake certificate
2) enclose copy of her original certificate certified by tehsildar which mentions she is from forward case
3) The Supreme Court has held that government jobs or admissions secured under reserved category by using forged caste certificates cannot be held valid or sustained in the eyes of the law.
A bench of Chief Justice J. S. Khehar and Justice D. Y. Chandrachud did not concur with the findings of the Bombay High Court that if a person continues in service for a long period of time and the certificate is found to be fake at a later stage then, he or she may be allowed to continue in the service.

How are you concerned with the teacher?
You can send the complaint from Bangladesh also by post to the authorities concerned.
But for enquiry and letting in your evidence you may sometimes be summoned by the authorities, so be prepared for that also.
