1. Settlement deed unless conditional cannot be unilaterally revoked. It can though be cancelled by the civil court if a suit for cancellation of it is filed/

2. A suit for cancellation of the settlement deed can be filed only on the ground that it was executed under coercion, undue influence or fraud.

Dear Client,

The settlement deed once executed and acted upon can never be cancelled. and registered deed can be cancelled by Court only.

3 years limitation from the date of cause of action arise, like knowledge about fraud etc.

Settlement deed cannot be ordinarily revoked, however if there was a condition attached to it and if the conditions seems not fulfilled then a cancellation deed may be executed along with the donee/beneficiary of the property

My question was is there any time limit to appeal in the court to revoke the settlement deed ? In our case it is already been 10 years but in these ten years there are 2 other court cases were going on related to same property.

In general it is three years, however it cannot be revoked unilaterally.
