Can I construct a concrete/wooden structure in an agricultural land that I leased in Goa?
I am planning to purchase a house along with the adjoining plot and use it for commercial purpose, it's an old Portuguese house, and it already has licenses required to serve as a guest house. I want to construct some additional structures in the open are adjoining it, but it's an agricultural land. I am slightly aware that making a permanent concrete structure may not be allowed, but can I at least make some wooden/bamboo structure there?

Thanks for the answers, I would again like to just clarify that the purpose of leasing the building and the adjoining land is for commercial purpose. So whatever structure we may end up raising in the agricultural land be it of concrete/wood/bamboo that would be used for a commercial purpose. I am understanding that a structure for residential purpose on an agricultural land may be allowed, but would the same be allowed for a commercial one?
