1. There is no harm if you inform your department about your marriage performed few months back.

2 But for this do not change the date of marriage at no costs.

3. Do not worry as failure to mention the fact of your marriage to your department would not cause any departmental proceeding to be initiated against you.

4. Even of you now register your marriage under Hindu Marriage Act , the date of your marriage will be reflected the same July, 2017.

Good luck.

The same date of registration of marriage shall be treated as your marriage date even if you have performed the custom marriage in 2018.

And you cannot register it neither the date for the registered marriage can be amended even if you re register it under Hindu marriage act as the record establish your marriage.

So.it is advisable so.you are getting benifit in transfer but for this benifit you cannot illegally change dates of your marriage this can cause.you problem in future.

Hi

It is simple

Call your office staff to the marriage ceremony on 5 July 2018 and do not disclose anything to then about the registered marriage you did earlier.

Its simple to hide the fact which you don't want to disclose.

Thank You

The marriage date cannot be changed without taking the divorce and rituals performed after the registered marriage will not be treated as the marriage date so please inform your previous marriage date to your office as by informing a new date which is not actually the date of your registration of the marriage will create a problem in your service

If you have done court marriage and got the marriage certificate. Then you cannot change the date of the marriage certificate, until and unless it is printed wrong. You cannot do court marriage again with the same girl because You cannot have 2 certificates at the same time without annulling the earlier one as it is illegal in india. It's not legal to register your marriage twice.

The other way is to speak the truth when asked or enquired about the court marriage.

If you hide truth and after some time the truth us revealed then their trust might be totally lost. If you had some issues due to which you were unable to disclose it to your govt office, then in present/future when it is/will be required to speak the truth you can disclose the reasons for which you were unable to disclose it.

Respected sir...

No need to worry about it is nowhere mentioned that you must have to disclose the facts regarding your marriage ...You just need to be confidential about your marriage and latter on when you want to register the same you only need to change some documents such are marriage invitation card and dates thereof mentioned ....Your work will be easily done ...All the process will work under section 8 of HMA..

Thank you

You have no option but to inform your marriage and that too when it occurred.

There is no question of loosing their trust.

I can not advise to inform a false date of marriage.

Dear Sir,

No issue. You can intimate the old marriage date to your now and explain the circumstances under which you were prevented. Say like some astrologers prevented you from disclosing the same to the office. Such explanations in India will be believed and accepted. Be nice with sorrowful face before your superiors.

You cannot change your date of marriage in your marriage certificate, unless you're in a position to demonstrate that due to an error/mistake, a wrong date got captured on your certificate.

There is no problem in recording your marriage in your service records even now for the marriage which was registered last year.

Are you required to take permission from your office for marrying somebody?

I dont think your office will ask you to apply for permission to marry after which you can marry a person of your choice.

Please remember that you cannot change the date of marriage in the marriage certificate, it can be treated as tampering with the government documents and fabricated or fake document.

Dont run a risk of doing such mistakes.

Also you cannot remarry the same girl without dissolution of your previous marriage because there is no marriage to be performed when you already remain married.

actually I am having chronic kidney disease. based on that I want my transfer.if I'm unmarried in that case it wl happen with ease.but if I tell them that I have already done it, it will be very difficult to get it as well as I will lose their trust.then I have to suffer here.

This is a flimsy and unacceptable reason for the proposed act.

Dont make simple things complicated.

Be frank and express the truth at least now so that you cannot be held responsible for your own debacle.
