Dear sir i work for a private company in motor field on 10-03-18 around 16hrs a client came to me for a spare part while at that time i was unloading the oil as per the management order , i asked that client to wait for 30 min so that i can wind up my work given and can provide him the spare part , but intentionally stated that he will see my end and that client has pictured from his mobile that i was intentionally delaying his work and he posted in face book i can prove my self that if i was doing my one job how can i do the other job .On 12-03-18 around 13 hrs my management has asked me to give my apologize letter and resignation letter for negligence in my work you people tell me how to sort out and i want to file a libel suit against that customer who defamed my position this b'cas am from poor family job is the only survival for my entire family ,

Being poor, how can you spend for fighting a libel suit?
Legal aid is for name sake.
If the person is wealthy, then he can challenge to retain his supremacy.
Therefore, forget legal options as one need to have money, energy and time.
If already not resigned make representation before your company about the concerned happening in written and donot regisn if they terminate you without any valid reason you can always approach labour court.
Also a suit of defamation can be filed in civil and criminal both in civil for damages and criminal for punishment .
So fighting a civil defamation for damages you have to file in civil court for seeking damages.
Also as against in criminal.court a private complaint can be filed under section 499 and 500 ipc.
You can also sent a legal notice before filing suit.to the person asking damages as he has defamed you and you lost job and injury is caused.

You go ahead and file a libel suit in the civil court, and claim compensation for the harassment that you have faced.
If you want to file a case then do not render apologies to the company, just resign saying that false allegations have been levelled against you.
