I am grandson of Dharmaiah who has Lavuni patta in 1954. Since our land occupied by our dayadulu. I have a judgement of district collector shivai jamabandi about kunta paarakam. Now they are troubling me in other land also. They made Lavuni patta land registration for third party also. I have that registration documents. I applied for Fouthi. But they objected without any written documents by ours. Can I get back my grandfather Lavuni Land? What I to do?

Approach the civil court and take injunction against the said persons for the said land. Also file suit for acquiring the clear title of the said land.
Approach civil court take a interim injunction.agaist them and then file a suit of declaration of title over your land.

You need to object the action by DC and challenge the same in civil court.
Since you have all proper title documents with you, in the event of being harassed by the authorities you may file a declaratory suit to declare your title and for possession.
