Lawyers are available now to answer your questions.
1) The land is it in your possession?
2) Check the seller agreement and 7/12 Extract copy, what does it say. At the time of purchase of the land.
the land is in my possession seller agreement and 7/12 mentions only one survey number 37/2, but MC( land Measurement Dept.) says it in two survey nos 37/2 and 36/2 in Loni village,Udgir Taluka Latur Dist
Request seller to execute deed of rectification to mention the 2 survey number
Deed should be duly stamped and registered
First get in touch with the Revenue Authority to verify the truth as regards its correct survey number.
To know this you cane submit RTI application to the Land Revenue Authority .
If it is found that the wrong survey number has been mentioned in your sale deed you can make a subsequent deed called ' Deed of Rectification' which can preferably executed and registered with the consent and signature of both parties.
1) show the agreement to the MC dept and land possession under you and apply for your name on another survey number. As in agreement it must be mentioned 2 Acres agricultural land. Correct.
In such cases, you need to get the sale deed rectified by approaching the registrar of the district within whose jurisidiction the land is situated. The supporting documents shall help to establish that the land comprises two survey numbers.
You can sell the property based on your own registered sale deed and also on the basis of the sale deed based on which your sale deed was made

You do not worry about the survey numbers, it might have been made based on the later issues
If you have proper sale deed and possession you may better
