1)sale deed is executed on 25 /7/1919 (which is also called tahrir date in hindi) which is also confirmed by true copy of original deed obtained from registrar office but doubt arises when date mentioned with thumb impression is 11/9/1919 in Original document and there is no mentioning of 25/7/1919 on 1st page of original deed 2)when i got true copy of original deed shown by claimant party from registrar office i found a lot of difference in words/phrases/lines and also the hindi translation given by claimant party is of two pages but copy obtained from registrar office of 6 pages 3)does pts mentioned by me is possible or it is case of frogery because pages from index of registrar Office is also disturbed and deeds relating to this deed is also destroyed 4)i also found that sign of same registrar is varying In another document of 1919 and also many forged Things

Thumb impression can not be taken after the execution of the sale deed
To me it seems to be a forged document, do not purchase the said property.

Without going through the documents we cannot say whether it is forged document
There are suspicious circumstances surrounding the sale deed hence get it vetted by local Lawyer then only take a call to purchase property or not
If there is gross anomaly in the translated copy with the original deed then there must be some gross irregularity.
There may be some discrepancy but it must be limited to agreeable extent.
If it is not the avoid the same and go for some other proeprty.
However beofre taking any decisison do take advice of a local lawyer who would be able to check the deed and opine.
The sale deed may have been executed on a different date and the registration of the sale deed document could have been done on a a different date subsequently.
There is a time period of 4 months for the registration of the document so executed.
Hence there are less chances of forgery of the registered sale deed document dated back to the 1919.
If the translation is just 2 pages, then you can get the document translated again with the copy available in the original language.
Instead of observing and worrying on all such petty issues, nothing prevents you from getting a legal opinion in person from a local lawyer.

The sale deed can be executed on a different date and the registration can take place on a subsequent date, there is no legal infirmity in it.
