Dear Hard Worker !!!

YES your degree is valid.

Subject to complying with the below mentioned pre-conditions.

Whether it is done from Accredited University i.e., recognised one.

Whether your employment terms and conditions permit you to do the same while working.

If the above are complied it is valid.

In all probability if it is done as a regular / full time course while working it is not valid, other way round if it is part time / week end course it is valid.

Good Luck for your Future, May God Bless You with Lots of Success……….

you should have sought permission from your employer for continuing your studies

2) ordinarily permission would be granted provided it does not clash with your duty hours in office

3) unless he has written permission his qualification would not be added to employee service book

4) no promotion would be given based on this qualification

5) in addition you would be liable for disciplinary proceedings

Hi,

There is no problem in this and this is a recognised process. You may have no problem while getting your B Tech recognised by your department. You will need an expert presentation if you get any problem by the PSU.

Approaching the HC is another option.

As you was in counting study and due to back you needed to appear in the exam in the without appearing for the classes. Hope you have been granted the degree in the year of back only. You need not to ask for any permission from your office as you are not getting admitted in a new course.

Dear Client,

Since u were in regular mode course and hopefully in same city, no issues, its valid.

The recent judgment on Hon`ble supreme court has put check on institutes conducting distance course without approval, all those degree stand cancelled obtained after 2005 .

Ur case might come under scrutiny but will be valid and also, for the reason that it is not required in year back case.

Ur case is not of distance education mode but not attending classes. BIG difference.

If there was just a back then you ceases to be a regular student of the university and therefore there was no need to obtain permission from the employer.

Since you have already completed the regular course of study long back and you are clearing only the arrears of the papers yet to be cleared, this degree is very valid.
