Sir in open category 3bc,1mbc and 2sc applied for rgglv 2013-2014 of iocl 
in this 2sc,2bc and 1mbc is not fulfill the application as per the company asked 1bc that i am the only person with full filled applicant 
in this how is the eligible candidate.
after that except 1bc all the 5 applicant selected lots for draw how it happens and 1sc candidate selected in draw 
how it is right
