You have to produce authentic document to prove your point.Else move the court and prove that you are the person in both the cases by producing documentary evidence.

Yes they can change your DOB, write a representation to them.

Yes you can withdraw the same and transfer the same to your new account.

Yes EPF office can change your DOB but after you have to file a proper affidavit on that behalf. Yes you can transfer your EPF amount after that to your new account.

1. Execute an affidavit before the 1st class Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore affirming that your DOB birth was wrongly recorded as some date by yopur earlier employer which is required to be corrected to the corrected date for which the EPF office of Barrackpore should make the necessary correction in their records and treat your DOB as the corrected DOB. You should also attach therewith the copy ofthe form you have submitted to your earlier emp;loyer for makingb thye said correction which was submitted before the EPF office Pune The said affidavit should also affirm that EPF Office Barrackpore should transfer your EPF amount to the EPF account maintained by your new organisation in your name.

2. On receipt of the said affirmation executed, copy of the same shall have to be sent to the EPF office at Barrackpore, your new organisation, your earlier employer who took over the German Organisation and also the EPF office Pune.

3. Based on the said affidavit which should be tactfully drafted in the form of an order, you can expect to solve your problem.

First you approach the PF office within your jurisdiction to which the company was remitting the amount regularly.

They will guide you about the further details and in the event of approaching Pune office, you may even knock their doors for relief.

The proof of your employment, the PF account number, yor own ID proofs, birth certificate of any other documentary proof to show your correct date of birth, statement of PF which you might have received earlier.
