Hello,
Sorry maam but we can not call the owner without you engaging some lawyer for your service. Also rather than calling it is advised that you shoot a legal notice for urgent release of the deposit amount.
Regards
You have to issue a legal notice to the landlord communicating your decision to vacate the house with one month notice period as per the clause in the agreement and demand the return of advance amount on the specified date of vacating the premises.
If he fails to respond, you may initiate legal action as envisaged in the law

You cannot expect this type of service from the expert lawyers of this forum. you have to do it yourself, you can be guided about what to be done on it and not anything beyond that.
