Send a Legal Notice to seek the refund of your deposit.

If the Legal Notice fails to help, file a summary suit for recovery.

Lawyer will not call your landlord

At most he would issue legal notice as per your instructions

1. This place is meant for guiding your legal recourse and not forgiving legal remedy.

2.For the legal remedy you have the option of lodging complaint with the local police alleging criminal breach of trsut and cheating.

3.once Police step into the picture you will soon get your money back.

4.So visit the nearest police station and lodge complaint in writing.

Hello,

Sorry maam but we can not call the owner without you engaging some lawyer for your service. Also rather than calling it is advised that you shoot a legal notice for urgent release of the deposit amount.

You have to issue a legal notice to the landlord communicating your decision to vacate the house with one month notice period as per the clause in the agreement and demand the return of advance amount on the specified date of vacating the premises.

If he fails to respond, you may initiate legal action as envisaged in the law
