On top she again made the Aadhar card for her 16 year old son using the same address to claim the possession of said property. Once gift deed is executed duct stamped and registered you would be absolute owner of property
2) you need court orders to set aside gift deed
3)notarised gift deed is not admissible in evidence
4) if locks of property changed file police complaint against the culprit
5) seek cancellation of PAN card , Aadhar card made at your address
