• Notary n Advocate committing series of offenses

Wants to revoke gift deed saying she's being misinformed although a notary executed hundreds of notarized documents on oath. Trying to grab property back once being gifted because prices soared very high. Then changing locks of said property. Then her daughter made 2 PAN cards using the address no more belongs to them. Making deliberate ,illegal applications with different government departments for wrongful gain. Even in SC decided matter. She n her relatives already on bail for above offenses. On top she again made the Aadhar card for her 16 year old son using the same address to claim the possession of said property. Although the possession is mine so 2 PAN cards n Aadhar cards were delivered to me. On top,am paying government taxes, loans through my cheques. She never objects this. Please guide

2.You Have already seemed to have won the litigation and the possession is also appearing to be in your hand.In that circumstances whether she gets any public issued showing your address does not make much change in the ground reality.

Once gift deed is executed duct stamped and registered you would be absolute owner of property

2) you need court orders to set aside gift deed

3)notarised gift deed is not admissible in evidence

4) if locks of property changed file police complaint against the culprit

5) seek cancellation of PAN card , Aadhar card made at your address
