Sir my father is high school teacher who receive salary from state government.regarding non creamy layer status of parents are consider .I got gr in which high school teacher comes under district education service Class C .I don't know my father recruited under district education service is not but I know he get salary from state government . constitution gives equality of status hence can I say that my father also comes under class C as employer or salary giver is same post is same .hence my father salary income not caunted in total income.only status should be considered.pls answer

Hi,, if the annual income of the family ( mother+father) exceeds 6 lakhs per annum you will be considered in creamy layer irrespective of what class of service your father is in..
Even if your father had become a class ! officer or become a class A status after the age of 40 years, you are eligible for getting a certificate under OBC NCL category.
The salary income is not considered for annual income of the family for this purpose.

If your father is proved to be a class C employee or Class A employee which he got it after completion of 40 years of age, you will be entitled to the benefits of OBC NCL
