if your father is in group C then only his status would be considered and not his income

Hi,, if the annual income of the family ( mother+father) exceeds 6 lakhs per annum you will be considered in creamy layer irrespective of what class of service your father is in..

Even if your father had become a class ! officer or become a class A status after the age of 40 years, you are eligible for getting a certificate under OBC NCL category.

The salary income is not considered for annual income of the family for this purpose.
