• Not appointed as permanant employee even after on seniority base

I am working in north delhi municipal corporation since 1997 on daily wages base. the corporation prepared a list on seniority basis according to the presence of workers to regularised permanantly daily wagers. in that list my rank was 13th and vacancies were 12 to be filled. Out of that list three did not join due to their personal reasons. thereafter the next was I in that preference list. But the corporation did not do any process in this matter. after that I approach in Delhi Highcourt. The Honourable court's decision was in my favour and I was selected in 2005 with those candidates. But they sent the list for permanant. and those workers were appointed as permannat in 2008 wefrom 01/04/2006 But my name was not encluded in that list.
Therefore I want to know the way to get that opportunity from 01/04/2006 according to my counter part.
Also tell me your consultant fee and total expenses during the case upto the final decision.

File a writ petition in the Delhi High Court with a prayer that you be regularised notionally w.e.f. 1.4.2006. You may base this claim of yours by seeking parity. Allege violation of your right to equally. For knowing the fees etc., you may give me a call at 0.

If the MCD is not obeying the court order then you may file a contempt of court case agaisnt them and seek remedy for absorption as permanent employee through the same court once again.

Let the authorities answer the court appropriately.

You will have to again approach the High Court Sir for this malafide and arbitrary action done by the corporation.
