• NC OBC certificate

I have seen every where that the daughter of government employees in which father got class III post, and became class II officer at the age of 40 or above comes under NC-OBC .
kindly tell is there any further information about salary or ITR proofs needed for making NC certificate for such employee as tahsildars are never convinced of this fact and refuse to make certificate as per law.

You should be entitled to OBC NL certificate as your father was appointed as class 3 officer and became class 2 officer at age of 40

2) NL status is determined of gout employees by their status and not income

3) if thesildar reflects application for OBC NL status then file writ petition in HC against said decision

You have to provide ITR of the last 3 years of your father.. If the income exceeds 6 lakhs per annum, then you will considered in creamy layer

You draw attention office memorandum 1993 issued by Govt which leads s down that OBCNL for govt servants is determined by stays and not income

2) you cannot be disqualified on said grounds

IN chattisgarh following documents are required

School education certificate is to be attached (class 5th, 8th, 10th, or 12th) as a proof of duration of stay.

A format duly filled and signed by the village Patwari is also to be submitted along with these forms, in the prescribed format.

Proof Of Age (10th or 12th Certificate, Birth Certificate etc)

Proof of Address (Ration Card, Passport, Eletricity Bill etc)

Two Passport size photos

submit your parents ITR but even if income is more than Rs 6 lakhs for 3 consecutive years you would get OBC NL certificate if your father was class 2 govt servant at age of 40

The salary income and agriculture income are exempted for computing annual income of the family income for considering NCL-OBC. The tahsildar is to update his knowledge.

The institute has nothing to do with your father's ITR, they should confine to certificate and the details furnished therein by the competent authority.

They cannot ask for the personal details of your father.

Don't get confused by different opinions.

The law is clear that salary income cannot be included in the family income for deciding the NCL status.
