• Mother needs and asks share in son's death claim of lic.

Dear Sir,
 My grand son died on 29/06/2017. He has LIC policies worth of 30 Lacks Sum Assured excludes bonus, if bonus includes bonus total 50 lacks claim will come. Nominee is my daughter-in-law. She has one married daughter and another unmarried daughte. She has a other sites property worth of 2 crores on her name. My son when he was alive committed to other person to sale a land worth of 70 lacks and aggreed and received 15 lacks as advance from that person and not registered, later he died.
 Now I am 80 years old. I have no own house to living, no income source to survive, no lands or properties, even I don't have 20k money to spend for a big medical problem if occures to me.
 Can I hava a right to ask share in Insurance claim amount or in my son's other properties..?
 I kept nearly 10 lacks rupees at my grand son who is died, as he asked me for his business needs and purchases for properties, as he is my son, I trusted him and given entire my earnings and savings. Now my daughter-in-law said that don't come to their house side.

 Please give me any suggestion and advice to save me. I need immediate alternative income source to lead my remaining last few days.

You have share in son insurance clams and other properties

2) file suit for partition for division of property by metes and bounds

3) since you are 80 years old you can seek expedited hearing of your case

.If you sin has not left any Will then on his death his mother, wife and children if any gets all his properties in equal share.

2. making nominee of his wife does not make her sole owner of your proeprty and in other words you have equal share in the insurance money, properties stood on the name of your son and other movable assets of your son.

3. if your daughter in law does not part with your share you can file a suit for partition of properties of your son to claim your due share.

2) if claim amount is over one crore in Maharashtra suit has to be filed in HC
