You can file a petition for quashing of the FIR in the High Court, otherwise till the FIR is pending you can not get a PCC.

Police clearance certificate would mention that case is pending against you under section 322 and 323 of IPC

You would get PCC

Wait for police investigations to be completed and charge sheet filed

Then based on legal advice apply for discharge before trial court

The PCC for permanent residence has nothing to do with the pending criminal case.

The offence under section 323 is compoundable by the person to whom the hurt is caused.

You can get in touch with him and get the matter closed by filing a compromise petition before court.

It jus got filed .. havent gone for the first visit it os due on 15 nov 2017 . The peson who has pit case against me is in jail for 420 . How to get out of this mess ?

You may inform the concerned police that the matter is compromised and sooner the person is out of jail the case will be compounded, hence to wait and furnish the report till then.

Or wait until the person is released on bail and then move court for compounding the offence.
