you are free to make any rule for the better security and in welfare of society. RC book is not a confidential document, so you can ask to provide for verification of vehicle and issuance of security sticker.
any rule or in bye laws is there for reference
No society can restrain its member in parking his car if the same is used for commercial purpose.
Four wheelers of any kind owned by a member will have to be allowed to be parked in the premises whether it is for commercial or for individual use.
Yes. asking for ownership papers is fine with the MC.
Bye laws adopted by society contain provisions for parking slots . one slot is to be allotted per member
If there is shortage of slots allotment is to be done by drawing of lots
Whether to allow the commercial vehicle to be parked in the parking area allotted to the members or not to be decided in general body meeting alone and not by the management committee.
The owners of the commercial vehicle may not be allowed to do any commercial activity from the parking area but they cannot be denied parking space in a authorised parking space allotted to them as a member of the association.
The verification of the authenticity of the ownership of the vehicle can be done by adopting any method as decided by the committee members, there is no illegality in it.

This is a decision taken by the committee members, and if this should be made as a rile, it can be discussed in the general body meeting and by a resolution this may be included in the bye laws by making an amendment to include in the bye laws of the associations and sent to the Registrar for getting approval of the amendment made in the bye laws.
