• PG dilemma

Sir my name is vairavan
I have taken pg seat in tamilnadu under all India quota hoping that I would leave this seat in tamilnadu counselling and take a better one
But now tamilnadu counselling itself has become a huge debacle and I couldn't leave my seat
I am stuck here nowhere else to go
I am not interested in this field
Kindly please guide me through the process of seat leaving and penalty and stuff
I have not signed any bond yet

It is necessary to terms and conditions under which you have been selected for pg under all India quota

If you want to leave your seat your allotment would be forfeited abd would not be eligible for any other seat

Hello,

You can leave the seat if you have not filed any bond with regards to the same, other wise leaving the will be a huge issue for you. I suggest you to consult a lawyer with all the documents in hand.

It is advisable that you should not leave the one what you have already been allotted especially keeping in view the present crisis everywhere, you cannot afford losing one valuable year due to the local politics.

I took under neet pg all India 50percent quota

Till may 31st I can resign

But I didn't

Now it's getting hard so I am thinking about leaving the seat

There is no compulsion to pursue the course which you dont have interest on it, you can resign it especially when you are yet to sign any bond.
