I filed a complaint in Lok Adaalat. Is the central issue of the said complaint to be considered sub-judice?

Cases referred before lok Adalat are not subjudice, but are referred for reconciliation.

It is not necessary for parties to agree to the decision or have to obey.

The parties if are not satisfied then they may prefer to approach court for remedy or relief.
