Hello, I require some expert advice as I had a friend who out of pItty to his situation would listen to him and Give him attention. After some time he started being too possessive and forceful to us meeting,taking photos, etc and then said he loves me. I do not love him at all and was just being a good friend. According to him he loves me and we are in a relationship which is not true at all. I stopped talking to him due to this then he started sending me messages saying he will search my whole area to find me and if he fails he will take this matter to court with our pictured and messages and expose me to everyone. I do not understand how being nice to someone could bring all these problems.. I am in great fear of him finding my family and telling them lies about this. I have no idea what to do and my health is deteriorating because of this great fear and his threats I can not sleep I can not eat and my blood pressure is a mess..I Am in a constant state of anxiety. I have deleted the email ID which he mailed through as I can not take it anymore. Every phone call every door knock creates a terrible fear in me that he has found me. I do not know why he does not want to understand I do not love him at all and we were not in a relationship . Please help me my family means slot to me and I need to get out of this fear for the sake of my overall health. Thank you
Hi, Don't bother too much, he can't do anything legally, he can't compel you to love him.
2. First you have to lodge a police complaint against him and keep all the emails and whatsapp message and other message, it will help you to prove your case in the court and also documents to file charge sheet against him.

I deleted the mails and the email ID all together.. I don't have any proof right now I didn't think of it in that situation.. he only contacted me through email.. If I put a case then what if he does worse things? Is there no way maybe I can notify for in case but in a way he won't come to know that I have done so? What if he finds my house and created problems..
1) if you dont have any evidence there is no point in filing case
2) once you file case the accused would hesitate to call you or message you
3) if you file case accused would know that you have filed case
4) if he threatens you then inform police about his threats
If you really do not love him and do not want to marry him, you, in your next meeting with him strictly warn him to not to contact you or else you would approach police seeking their interference and to book him under nuisance and torture case.
You may issue him a legal notice also on the same lines instructing him to refrain from troubling and torturing you anymore in future or else you would initiate appropriate legal action against him for this nuisance.

He has to be taken into task at the earliest or else this menace will develop into a bad shape.
