Contact the pandit and request him to correct date mentioned in marriage certificate

The certificate should mention that inadvertently date of marriage was mentioned as 31 st march instead of 1st April 2017

On basis of pandit certificate apply to marriage registrar office to correct date of marriage mentioned in marriage certificate

On one day of mistake will not give rise to any criminal case.

So do not worry on that account.

However to correct the mistake do apply before the issuing authority to correct the mistake of dat.

It is permissible and the registrar will issue another certificate with correct date.

Technically this marriage took place on two dates as generally it takes place in night and rituals start from one date and end in another.

Therefore, this is right to say your marriage took place on 31st March. Tell your inlaws that there is no cheating in it as the marriage indeed took place on the said date.

If there is an error in the date of marriage it can be rectified by various methods or by taking appropriate legal steps.

For suggestions to get bail you have not stated the nature of offence for which a FIR has been registered.

Have you indulged in such acts as alleged against you and whether they provided any prof for making such wild allegations?

If they are bent upon prosecuting you, let them go ahead, you first obtain AB and then you can challenge their case in the court of law.
