• Neighbour problem

We are staying three family in the above said apartments during last five years, We are facing some problems with our adjacent neighbor in various manners. Address: no.12,Vivekananda Street,Shivalinga puram,Korattur,Chennai -600076. They are family of three like husband around age of 70, wife around age of 60 and daughter around age of 35.

1)	They are installed close circuit camera 2 nos in there premies,One camera facing to our entrance and another camera facing to our bed rooms. This is highly objectionable as a result
we are not able the open our windows and we feel somebody always watching our privacy.

2)	Our building situated at the dead end of the street and we have to move in front of the neighbor house ,when ever we cross their house they are using local slang words on us which is strongly objectionable public nuisance , In our every family we have school going kids of different ages and kids are fearing, getting mental disturbances .

3)	Most surprising last few months we are watching that whenever any body of us or our guest or our parents our kids crossing their house they are throwing water behind to us on the street which is open nuisance.

We are ignoring all these social misbeviour long days , but day by day it is increasing and crossing the tolerance level. We are not understanding how to handle this matter peacefully.

We want leave with our kids and family in a peaceful atmosphere without unnecessary metal stress and strain.

1. they have committed public nuisance and illegal intrusion in your privacy.

2, you should file a case for the offence punishable under section 268/352/120-B IPC. as well as you should file a complaint before the district collector under section 133 of the code of criminal procedure for removal of camera or change the direction of the cameras.

Next time when they indulge in such nuisance, you may warn them of stern action for their such misbehavior.

If it still continues or if they dont listen or care for the law, you may lodge a police complaint against their such embarrassing activities and get a nuisance case booked.

You may raise the issue of CCTV camera too stating that they are trying to invade your privacy.

I have plan the same letter to handover local police station as complain. Please let me know i have to modify any portion of my letter.

You can narrate the incidences of the past chronologically in the complaint letter and a brief about the altercation too when you confronted him for his act of nuisance.
