How to recover lended money to friend
I have lend my friend the some of 8,00,000 as he needed the money for his business, I have taken this money from various sources, and he has promised to pay the EMI for these funding, now from past 2 years he is not paying anything.and saying that he has no money, I have make payment to him through in his bank account. Kindly suggest how can I recover my money, that friend is in delhi and I m in different city

1. If you have proof of lending money to this person then you can seek both civil and criminal proceeding to recover the money.
2. So send him a notice asking for money.
3.if he refuses to make the payment the n you can file both the civul suit for reocvery ofmoney and criminal offence for cheating also.
You first issue a legal demand notice to him for repayment of the same.
After that on his failure to comply with the demand you may file a money recovery suit on the basis of the evidences you possess for this money transaction.
1. If you have evidence to prove that you made a remittance to him then you may file a civil suit for recovery of money in the civil court to seek the principal amount with interest accrued thereon.
2. Before the civil court you have to prove the remittance and also that it was a loan which had to be repaid with or without interest.
