Friend is not returning my 13500 rupees given him for urgency, What to do? i had given Rs 13500 to my friend via net banking transaction so that he can pay for Hotel charges. I gave him for 1 week time period maximum, but more than 4 weeks have passed. And now he is refusing to return it. This matter is known to 2-3 people that i have given someone 13500 rupees. I need my money back, it is huge for me. PLEASE HELP what to do?

The record you have is enough proof of your lending money to him.
However since he's not paying money filing case is your only option.
Though you can file civil suit for recovery of money, costs of such would be much more than the money he owes you.
Rather inform his parents, relatives and friends so under social pressure he repays yourmoney.
The loan given by you is unsecured as no agreement or promissory note was executed with him. The only evidence you have of the loan is the net banking transaction and watsapp conversation, but these can only prove the remittance of money. It cannot prove that the money was given as a loan which had to be repaid on demand. You may still serve a lawyer's notice to him to demand the money, and, if he does not repay it then a suit for recovery of money may be filed in the civil court.
If you have proof for having given the money, you may contact an advocate in the local and issue a legal demand notice on the basis of the evidence of online transaction.
You may plan to file summary suit for recovery of money after that, if he fails to return the money taken from you.
