send email to friend to repay Rs 27000 given as loan to her

2) you cna issue legal notice to recover your money with interest

3) however dont take legal proceedings for recovery of your money as costs will far out weigh the amount sought to be recovered by you

4) in addition you dont have any documentation that money was advanced as loan

1.It is clear that your friend will not make payment anymore.

2. So take legal steps than calling him without any result.

3.Lodge a complaint with Police for cheating.

4. Alternatively file civil suit for recovery of money as well.

A. Money transfer through IMPS could be construed reliable evidence of proof as electronic transaction.

B. Mere transfer the money through IMPS would not sufficient proof to establish grant of loan. It shows there was financial transaction between you and your friend. However, the said financial transactions shall be prove that you transferred the money to your friend as loan which was transferred by you.

C. You can issue a legal notice through E-mail or whatsapp or Registered Post with acknowledgement to repay the loan amount

D. You should collect all the electronic transaction records including sms, whatsapp and facebook chat or phone conversation records to establish your case towards loan sanction by you.

If you have details and documentary evidence for giving her the money, you may first issue a legal demand notice to her asking her to return the same immediately within the time stipulated.

If she is not responding or not complying with the demands made, you may initiate a money recovery summary suit against her in the civil court.

The money transferred to her account is an ample proof to prove that she has borrowed that amount from you.

For knowing her address, you may have to send her a legal notice first to her last known address and then locate her new address from your own sources.

After this you can file a money recovery suit by sending summons to her actual address.
