1) If the other side has any claim on part/portion of the property in which they are restraining you from constructing a home, the other side should have obtained an injunction order against you from the court.

2) It appears that the other side has failed to obtain any injunction against you in the court.

3) You should approach the court and file a suit of declaratory title and also obtain injunction orders under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 and protect yourself from neighbours and restrain them from interfering in your construction.

4) Hopefully you have obtained building construction permission and your construction is as per municipal plan.
