But I said one day i was very violent of her words about my parents I said her i'll tell ur parents & relatives everthing till u have done of cruelty .......... from that day to till now she is black mailing me like if u do that i'll die also your daughter i never leave her in this world be-carefull...........! mentally she'z HARRAS me alot both of attempting by suicide. I am really scared of my daughter........ daughter is so sweet @ me my wife not ready to leave me I have to be with her for her parents/relatives/neibours purpose. She behaves me like home maid all works of her I have to do. My parents never accepted 1/- of dowry cuz she from village we are from city......... we agreed village girls behaviors is THE BEST. For her happiness we bought her from village to CITY we showed city life....... but she made me home maid am typing this letter from bottom of my heart this is true. I decided to divorce her painless without any tension. and also her parents must agree for that from my side my parents agreed to help me out in this regard they knows everything. I want legal advice in this regard......... Please help me sir......

File for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty
2) wife abusing husband amounts to mental cruelty

1.Do not go for divorce.

3. I think the problem is not so serious and if both of you stay together for some time away from respective family members everything can be sorted put.
4. Take her to holiday trip and spend time with her and the child.I am sure everything would be ok soon.
Immediately file a divorce petition against her before family court and on the first date when she appear before the court, approach to court for refer the matter before counselling and try to settled the matter amicably and go for mutual consent divorce.
If settlement is not possible then you can proved your case of divorce which will be based on cruelty under section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu marriage Act.
