• Tehsildar disobeyed the order passed by Revenue Board

The question is regarding to Korba City, Chhattisgarh State. The Tehsildar didn't follow or denied the order which is passed by Revenue Board in favor of me.

My question is that, what are the punishments for the Tehsildar who denied the order of Revenue Board and still torturing us for the thing which is completely cleared by the Revenue Board.

To whom and exactly what complaints should I include in my complaint letter.
Its an important case for me so please reply as soon as possible.

Depending on what is the matter and what type of order the action can be decided and step be taken.

Your query is not in detail, need more details of the matter. District collector is the next authority, so you can make a complaint against the Talati officer

You can either approach the district collector or higher court depending on the jurisdiction and file a suit.

You can also make a compliant to the revenue minister to pressure the matter get noticed.

If the Revenue board is an authority above the Tahsildar who disobeyed its order or if the Tehsildar is an officer subordinate to the revenue board, then you may file a contempt petition against the Tahsildar with the same board.

The punishment or any other action by the authority concerned will be notified by the authority concerned because under such circumstances you can expect only reliefs and not punishments.

If you dont get a favorable response or cooperation from the authorities concerned you may escalate the matter to the collector or the chief secretary etc.
