As per your answer I my be evicted from that property by law? and my further question is " I do not have any legal right on that property which is inherited by more than 5 generations?

if the property is inherited by more then 5th generation and you are the one of that generation and this is ancestral property then you have a share in this property. but best advise can be provided to you if i have the knowledge of your case in detail.

1) you have mentioned that the property has been purchased in names of. 3uncles only and your grandfather name is not mentioned in sale deed

2) it is in said context that I raised query what is source of funds for purchase of property

3) if it is ancestral property you have equal share in the said property

4) you cannot be evicted if you have share in ancestral property

Dont worry about the eviction action to be taken by the government. You can obtain an injunction before the authorities are initiating any such action.

You may collect the evidence for having resided there in that property for generations,.

You can file a declaration suit operating law of adverse possession along with the injunctive relief restraining the authorities from evicting you till the disposal of suit..
