2. it is a govt sector bank so you can file a writ before the high court against this unfair treatment.

I am working in govt sector bank. i am a visually handicap employee. but bank senior give me those task which is not easier for me.like passing the cheque and cash dealing which is create problemin my eye vision. i have certificate of visually handicapness. and this type of work decerease in eye vision. please guide me.

make representation to your superiros to change job responsibilities assigned to you
2) mention thaty on account of poor vision you have problems in passing cheques andf in cash dealings
3) if no action is taken by the mangement raise the issue with your trade union
You can make representation to the manager and request for a seat change for allotting you the seat which wold not embarrass you or would not cause you hardship.
If your manager is not listening to the grievances, you may escalate the matter to the top management and seek intervention and remedy from such humiliations.
If the top management also do not accept your request then you may decide about initiating proper legal action as per law in this regard.
