make representation to your superiros to change job responsibilities assigned to you
2) mention thaty on account of poor vision you have problems in passing cheques andf in cash dealings
3) if no action is taken by the mangement raise the issue with your trade union
You can make representation to the manager and request for a seat change for allotting you the seat which wold not embarrass you or would not cause you hardship.
