Request answere is about UNdivided share of land. 
I buy a apartment from a owner who is the original purchaser. In the conveyance deed there is mention of quantity of UDS land but a logic of superbuilt area over constructed area is mentioned

How can they convey a building without ownership of land.? Who is the plot owner on record ? Builder orGovernment ?

Builder must have conveyed UDS in land in favour of flat purchasers

2) it is necessary to peruse deed of apartment executed by builder to advice

The owner of the land shall be the society/government.

The flat owner is just owning the flat.
