Request answere is about UNdivided share of land. I buy a apartment from a owner who is the original purchaser. In the conveyance deed there is mention of quantity of UDS land but a logic of superbuilt area over constructed area is mentioned How can they convey a building without ownership of land.? Who is the plot owner on record ? Builder orGovernment ?

2. if any fact is hided by him it shows his malafide intention and he committed offence of forgery.

The owner of the land shall be the society/government.
The flat owner is just owning the flat.
