Joining letter and work experience letter forwarded to you is sufficient proof of your work experience
I was recruited on a contract basis in 2013 for 10 months in a sole proprietorship company and use to get the salary in cash in an envelope. I got the joining letter and work experience letter only( that also in hard copy only, no mail), no salary slip as the salary was given in cash. Moreover, that company has been closed last year Now I am selected in an MNC, so how I am going to prove my work experience while document verification. Please help me on this problem. Thanks for the considering my query.

Joining letter and work experience letter forwarded to you is sufficient proof of your work experience
But my question is since the company is closed and I don't have any bank statement or salary slip so in such case how the company is going to verify the authenticity of my document? And does companies provide the chance to validate your document if they find any discrepancies in document validation and what options I have in such case to make my point or justify myself.
MNC can ask the sole proprietor to verify whether any such joining letter / experience letter was issued
2) proprietorship concern may be closed but sole proprietor is still alive
3) company would grant you opportunity to explain the discrepancy
Hi
The hard copy of your appointment letter and experience letter is enough to prove you were employed.
Provide phone nos of previous employer if any available now and emails.
Usually it is the head ache of the new employer to verify it.
You can mention the fact that your company has closed down.
It should not be any problem since you have your job offer letter/appointment letter and experience letter.
Now I am selected in an MNC, so how I am going to prove my work experience while document verification.
Please help me on this problem
If you are not employ anymore with the company and since you already have been furnished with the joining letter and experience certificate, what is your problem to produce the same before the new employer.
It is not your problem if your previous company is closed owing to their own problem, the experience certificate issued to you will speak volumes of your employment with the previous company.
But my question is since the company is closed and I don't have any bank statement or salary slip so in such case how the company is going to verify the authenticity of my document?
The experience certificate given to you will be an authentic proof and if at all the new employer wants to verify the authenticity, let him do his background verification in the manner known to him, you should not be bothered about whether the previous company is functioning now or not.
And does companies provide the chance to validate your document if they find any discrepancies in document validation and what options I have in such case to make my point or justify myself.
You are travelling beyond the company's steps, the cause of concern you show her will not be in the mind of the company especially when they find that the previous company is not existing now.
You will be asked to explain if they find any discrimination in the documents you have submitted before them, you can decide to give a reply during that time based on the prevailing circumstance that time.
