There is no such provision in the law which mandates that SP should reply to the first appeal if the RTI application was replied by a DSP. You may file the second appeal if the first appeal has been futile.

My friend has told me My First appeal should have been replied by SP. My First Appeal was replied by DSP. MY RTI application was replied by DSP. First & 2nd DSP did not give complete information.

repeated query . we had already advised you to file second appeal if you are aggrieved by order passed in first appeal . no such provision that first appeal should have been replied by SP
