You cannot obtain permission from court to record your spouse telephonic conversations

2) if it is brought to your knowledge that spouse has remarried during subsistence of your marriage then engage a detective agency and gather evidence of the said marriage

1. The Court will not give you any permission to take any illegal step to know the plan of your opposite side.

2. Similarly, the Court will not given your opposite side also any permission to take any step legally permitted to ordinary citizen to learn what is your plan against them.

3. Getting remarried before taking divorce is illegal and planning for that is not till the said plan is implemented and illegal act (like remarriage before taking divorce) is performed.

4. If the other side marries before divorce you can bring the charge of bigamy against the opposite side.

No telephone conversation of your opposite side will be allowed by the Court to be recorded by you being a litigating individual for any reason.

No court will give you the permission to tap the calls of the opponent. If you apprehend that the opposite party may remarry without obtaining divorce them you may file a suit for permanent injunction in the civil court.

There is no provision in law for this. You have to rely on your own sources to gather evidence for the events that you apprehend to happen.

If there is no law permitting you to do this then ther is no question of no. of days or any other thing in this regard.
