Meri shaadi 8 july 2016 me chetna se huyi jo betul (M.P) ki rehne wali hai. 10 july ko wo uske ghar gayi aur phir 30 july ko vapas aayi. Uske baad usne mujhe aur mere mammi papa ko pareshan karna start kar diya. Mere mammi papa diabetes aur BP k patient hai. Me Bhopal me mammi papa k sath rehta hu mere papa govt job se retired hai aur ab Bhopal me rehte hai.. papa ne Bhopal me ghar 10 saal pehle load, PF aur jama paise se liya. Us ladki aur uske ghar walo ne milkar hame dhamki diya ki ghar hamare naam se kar do warna tum logo ko dahej aur ulte case me fasa denge. Ladki k father mazduri karte hai un logo ne kaha tha hamare paas shaadi k liye paise nahi hai, shaadi jisne karaya usne kaha pariwar bahut acha hai aur ladki b, hamne b socha achi ladki ghar aa jayegi aur garib family ka bhala ho jayega. So humne shaadi ka pura karch uthaya aur Bhopal me simple shaadi hotel me kiya. Aur kuch b nahi liya. Ek rupees b nahi na koi samaan. But ladki wale ek local badmaas k sath milkar hame dhamki aur maarne ki dhamki dene lage. Unn logo ne hamse apni caste b jhuti batayi.. wo log dusre samaj k hai.. hum verma hai aur wo teli. Hume unn logo ne apna surname verma bataya tha.. but wo log sahu hai. 1 aug se 10 aug k bich wo bina bataye ghar se bahar jaati thi aur 3-4 hrs baad aati thi jis time me ofc me hota tha, usko puchne par wo bolti thi apne frnd se milne gayi aur abuse language use karti thi… inn sab problem se mere maa papa b bahut pareshan rehne lage aur me b. isi bich me 11 aug 2016 ko ofc k kaam se Ahmedabad chala gaya aur 12 aug ko jab mammi washroom aur papa mkt me the wo jewellery aur mehnge kapde lekar bhag gayi… (Approx cost 2.5 lac) jisme meri mammi ka kangan b tha… 2 din baad uske ghar walo ne phone uthaya aur dhamki di police me bolne ki kosish kiya toh tum log ki jhute report kar denge hum log colony aur 1-2 jaan pehchan k logo ko ye saari baat batayi unn logo ne case karne ki salah di.. ham samjh chuke the ye log property aur paiso k liye shaadi ki… iss bich bahut saari gatnaye huyi.. police complain b hum kiya , hamne b ye saari baate ki complain kiya.. but police se support nahi mila. Ek din wo log 8-9 logo k sath zabardasti ghar me ghus gaye aur dhamki dene lage because humne complain kar di thi.. ab unn logo ko samjh aa gaya hai ki property unn logo ko nahi mil sakti because wo mere papa ki hai.. itna sab kuch hone par ab me talaak lena chahta hu, aapsi settlement ki baat huyi unn logo ne 10 lac maange hai, jo mere paas nahi hai, wo log papa k PF aur ghaadi bechkar pese maang rahe hai.. mene saaf mana kar diya.. me pvt company me job karta hu aur mere paas itne ruppes nahi hai. Unn logo ki yearly income 40000 tak hai aur sarkari zameen par kabza kar kachha makan banakar rehte hai, electricity b chori ki use karte hai. aur me unn logo ko kuch dena nahi chahta already wo 2.5 lac ka saman le gayi hai churakar.. aur shaadi ka pura karcha b hamne kiya.. Plz guide ab mujhe kya karna chahiye, papa mammi ka guzara pension pr hai aur jo paisa unke paas jama hai wo bure waqt hai liye aur ilaaz k liye hai, me inn looter ko ek rupees b nahi dena chahta but hum log fass chuke hai.. plz help

Sabse pehle to aap wapas police main jao aur unse pucho ki aap ki complaint par wo kya kar rahe hain.
Dusra apne papa se ek Injunction suit file kara do jisse wo ladki (aapki biwi) wapas aapke ghar main na ghus paye.
Teesra apne jo police complaint di this usi complaint main ek further complaint karo ki aapko jabrdasti daraya ja raha hai aur jhoote cases main fasane ke liye dhamki di ja rahi hai
SSP concenred ko in dono complaint ki copy bhej do ..... agar police apke susral walo par FIR reguster na kare to 156(3) crpc main magistrate ke yahan se FIR kar wal lo
saath ke saath family court main DIvorce daal do - YE sab ek saath kar do jisse apki patni aapke upar jhoote dahej aur domestic violence ke mukadme na kar sake.

1) agar police complain Mahi leta then file private complaint before magistrate under section 156(3) of crpc to direct police to investigate and submit report

You do not have to be worried about this situation.Her parents may even lodge police complaint about dowry harassment, you obtain anticipatory bail and challenge their false case in the court of law.
If the situation is not feasible to live a happy married life yo my think to file divorce case on the grounds of cruelty after one year completion of marriage.

If the police is not taking this complaint you may approach the higher police officer with the complaint seeking his intervention and direction t the local police to register FIR and book the culprits properly and initiate legal action for the offence.
You may even aproach judicial magistrate court with a petition under section 156(3) cr.p.c. seeking direction to the police for initiating proper legal action on the complaint pending before them.
