after charge frame , evidence, judgement are left out procedures

sir i want to know that in criminal case proceedings if a person is charged under section 467 and 34 after framing of charges what are the further court procedure and imprisonment of how much time in a property related case. thanks

The court will then fix a date for deposition of all witnesses, After witness deposition is over the court will hear the defence lawyer and prosecutor. It will then be followed by the judgment of court.
After the charges are framed then the Prosecution(State) will lead evidence, the Prosecution Witness will appear in court and will depose and then you can cross examine them, after all the witnesses are examined then you can give your statement and lead the witness and then the court will pronounce its judgement.
