2) aap divorce ke liye file kar sakhte ho on grounds of mental cruelty
3) agar biwi jhoota case dalti hai dahej ka tau ap anticpatory bail lena cout se

3) even if you obtain decree you cannot force wife to stay with you
This appears to be another case of development of trivial issues.
For the present you should not be bothered about her, ignore her calls and remain silent to all her provocative activities agaisnt you.
The passage of time may either make her realise or you may decide to file a divorce case agaisnt her.
The chances that she may break the silence and would send messages for compromise with certain acceptable conditions.
If you do not want to get a permanent and good solution then you may proceed with the proposal for divorce.
