• Local Revenue officials helping Land Mafia

I have raised multiple complaints(Thana Diwas, Tehsil Diwas, SDM, DM) against land mafia(grabbing my 26 years old land forcefully, physical damage to property, my life's risk) but revenue officials are only suggesting to go for land paimaish and i believe they will convert my clean land into a disputed property.

1). Please let me know if somebody says that this land belongs to him, can this can be a basis for land paimaish?

2). I have submitted all the legal documents, attached with all my complaints.
If that land belongs to land mafia, can i ask revenue offcials to provide me the all the certified copies of land record submitted by bhu-mafia through RTI?

1. Well you actual dispute is not clear to me. Land mafia os something different and your dispute is something of another issue.

2. If any third party has raised dispute with regard to your title then you can either resolve it through Tehsildar office or through court.

3. SO first take all information about the title and then proceed further. Without knowing the defect in title, if any, it is really difficult to advise further.

1. Why are you wasting your time with these babus? Every soul in this country knows how corrupt they are. If your land is being usurped then immediately file a suit for permanent injunction against them to restrain them from illegally dispossessing you of your land.

2. If your title is clear then rush to the civil court through a suit for permanent injunction as advised above.

3. Do not go for survey of land as this will give them a pretext to say that the title is disputed.

1) you can file RTI application and obtain certified copy of documents filed by the mafia in respect of your land

2) if your land has been grabbed forcibly you have to file suit and seek orders for eviction of the trespassers
