Can i obtain paper (writ petion & judgement) related to writ petition CO3362w of 1996 at calcutta high court ,b sri kanchan roychowdhury vs state of west bengal - sub - to treat employees under family and child welfare projects (of West Bengal) as govt employees.the writ petition was disposed by hon'ble justice satbrata sinha by order dt 03.11.1998.the order was challenged in division bench comprised of hon'ble justice mr ashoke mathur and was dismissed b a judgement dt 10.11,2003.the state filed slp before apex court which was also dismissed on 17.02.06.
