I am a registered lawyer with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. I have has been practicing in matters pertaining to Wills and Probates, Property litigation, Banking related litigation, Rent Act related litigation, Co-operative society Act related litigation, Trusts related litigation, Consumer Act related litigation, Family Laws related litigation and also conducting Due Diligence in property matters, drafting of several agreements and contracts.

I am extensively working on matters relating to Intellectual Property Law, commercial contracts, software related agreements and Litigation in diverse areas. I advise and assist in various Writ Petitions, Appeals, Revision and other proceedings before Hon’ble High Court in civil and IP litigation matters and also advises and assists in Trial Proceedings before Trial Court and various other tribunals and authorities. I specialize in drafting pleadings and other trial proceedings including appearing before the various Courts, tribunals and authorities on a regular basis.

My practice mainly focuses on diverse areas of litigation including trademark, copyright and patent litigation.

My experience in litigation includes drafting various writs, appeals, revisions and various petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits of examination in chief and other affidavits, injunction applications and various other applications and replies to such applications including trademarks, copyrights and patents infringement and / or passing off matters; researching on legal issues concerning intellectual property rights, researching on decisions by the Supreme Court and the High Courts;

I am also focusing on the matters related to Trademarks, Copyright, Design and Patent filing and prosecution, examination and opposition, vetting and drafting trademark and licenses, assignments.
