Lawyers are available now to answer your questions.
1) file police complaint against the directors of the company for criminal breach of trust , cheating under section 406, 420 of IPC
2) in proceedings before NCLT you must seek interim reliefs pending hearing and final disposal of the application
1. In case of any irregularity detected by you in the official activities of other directors, you can file a case before the local Company Law board seeking redressal.
2. You can also lodge a police complaint against the said directors in case you detect any criminal act on their part in connection with your Company like siphoning out money to their personal account out of the Company's fund etc.
3. If police refuses to take any action, you can file a Writ Petition against police for its inaction seeking relief.
Since you have already approached NCLT, the matter becomes sub-judice hence you cannot initiate any further proceedings in the same line until the current case is disposed.
If the abuses are the latest developments, you may file an application seeking to restrain the directors from indulging in all such undesirable activities till the disposal of the main case and present your arguments strongly with substantial evidences on this injunction application.
